Katie started her career in public accounting specializing in non-profit and government organizations. In 1997, Katie joined the worlds largest specialized staffing firm focusing on the finance and accounting market as an individual producer. She has successfully held many roles including Division Director, Branch Manager and Director of Perm Services and in several markets including Atlanta, Georgia and New York City. Katie earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia.

Ron has over 10 years of experience in the recruiting and finance fields. He began his career in Washington D.C. as a program and financial analyst supporting government agencies, such as the Federal Aviation Administration and Ballistic Missile Defense Organization. He then moved to a multi-billion dollar national recruiting firm where he excelled as an accounting and finance recruiter in the Atlanta market and was recognized as Rookie of the Year in Georgia. Within 2 years he was promoted twice to Sr. Division Director where he managed a team of 19 recruiters and managers, to a Top 10 world ranking. Ron proudly served 5 years in the U.S. Air Force during Operation Desert Storm and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Wilmington College.

Christine began her career in public accounting as an auditor with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in Richmond, VA where her primary industries were financial institutions, manufacturing companies and non profit organizations. A large portion of her time was devoted to campus recruiting and McGladrey’s internship and externship programs. She also served as the communications chair for the Richmond chapter of the VSCPA for 2 years. Christine graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Todd has twelve years of recruiting, sales, operations and business management experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry. Prior to joining the Vaco team, he started his career with a $3 billion, privately held technical staffing firm, where he was an established recruiter and senior account manager who successfully opened new technology verticals in Atlanta. He later joined 2 large national system integrators and professional services firms in the role of Business Development Manager.
Since then, Todd spent the last eight years as the founder and CEO of an IT consulting company that focused on high availability enterprise datacenter & storage professional services in the commercial, education, financial and government sectors. During that time he concurrently launched a successful telecommunications division that focused on enterprise level VoIP solutions. In his role he continuously exceeded all shareholder expectations and successfully exited in September 2006. Todd is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor's degree in Education.

Michael has over 15 years of experience in IT Professional Services and Staffing and joins the Atlanta office of VACO Technology as a Partner-Director of Technical Recruiting. He began his career in New England and moved to Atlanta in 1994. Throughout his career, Michael has focused on:

• Sales, Sales Strategy, Business Development, Service Delivery, Staffing, Recruiting, Business Operations and Training.
• Hiring, developing and leading high-performance teams-known for Service Excellence and high achievement of business results, while contributing positive, results driven, “can-do” team approach.

Michael has successfully opened new offices, produced excellent results and provided exceptional service to clients, consultants and team members throughout his career.

Katherine joins the Vaco team after working with one of world’s largest privately held recruiting firms in their commercial staffing division. Her main placements involved skilled trades, upper-level technicians, and manufacturing associates related to clients partnering with the Department of Defense. While in her 2nd quarter there, she was a top producer in the region in regards to growth and overall profit. She is excited to bring her technical recruiting skills to the Vaco Atlanta office. Katherine graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing.
