Kay is a CPA with over 15 years of public accounting and industry experience. She started her career in the audit division of an international accounting firm. Kay later moved to a billion-dollar investment and securities company based in Dallas, Texas, where she was Controller of the organization. Prior to joining Vaco in July 2006 as Partner of the Dallas Office, Kay spent six years in consulting and placement with a multi-billion dollar national firm, excelling as a top producer and an accomplished manager. Kay holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University. 

Kristin began her career in Sales and Management with a national healthcare company. After two years of successfully increasing sales and client retention rates, she decided to take her career in a new direction. Her desire to help and motivate people, while maximizing her technical skills and educational backgound, led her to join Vaco Dallas in March 2007. Kristin's understanding of current technology and her compassion for our candidates adds a unique level of service for both our consultants and clients. Kristin has lived in the North Dallas area for the past eight years and is a member of several technical user groups and recruiting networking associations, including the DFW Texas Recruiters Network. Kristin earned a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Economics from the University of North Texas in Denton.

Jim is a CPA with over 22 years experience in public accounting and private industry. Jim began his career with a Dallas based CPA firm working mainly with manufacturing and retail clients. Jim served as Director of Corporate Accounting for a billion dollar transportation company, as well as an Assistant Controller for a Fortune 500 construction company. Jim received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
