Mark has over twelve years of sales production experience and sales management experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry. He started his career with a multi-billion dollar international recruiting firm in April, 1995. Mark was given the responsibility of turning around an under performing territory. Within a year he established several strategic client relationships and earned three consecutive annual incentive awards with the same multi-billion dollar firm. He was an intrical part in his office being ranked in the top ten out of 200+ offices. In March of 2000 he was recruited to start up the operations for a smaller IT staffing and consulting firm in Southeast Michigan. Mark was successful in creating the foundation for this organization which is recognized as a brand name in the Metro Detroit market for providing superior IT staffing and recruiting services. Mark graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing.

Kyle Concannon has over 7 years of IT sales and recruiting experience. Kyle began his IT staffing career in 2000 for a Michigan based recruitment firm. In 2003 he re-located to San Diego where he worked for a large regional IT staffing company and focused his efforts in the recruitment of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Network Architects, Embedded Engineers, and Network Engineers. Kyle was named to the companies top producers list, and was part of an office that consistently ranked #1 company wide. Most recently, Kyle has re-joined former co-worker Mark Case to launch Vaco Technology in Detroit.
