Lyn most recently worked as a Division Director of a multi billion dollar placement firm where she specialized in locating consulting opportunities for senior level accounting and finance professionals such as CFO’s, Controllers, Senior Financial Analysts and Sarbanes-Oxley Consultants. Lyn led a team that consistently ranked in the top 10% worldwide and received recent worldwide recognition for her contribution to the company. Lyn has prior experience in accounting and finance where she held senior level positions for manufacturing and distribution companies. Lyn holds a M.A. degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Sherry has begun her staffing career in 2000 with a national staffing firm in Irvine as an administrative assistant, recruiting and marketing. She has a solid sales background and a wide range of experience including, sales and marketing, administrative, accounting and customer service. Sherry also has 13 years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable as well as collections. Sherry is extremely enthusiastic to be a part of Vaco team.

Sam has over 13 years of experience in the Finance, Telecom and ERP Software industries. He has had many great experiences in finance, consulting, management, and business development with national companies such as Cox Communications and Oracle Corporation. This has given Sam a breadth of knowledge that he is able to tap and integrate into his professional life. He has most recently managed his own entrepreneurial endeavors, where he has had to wear all the hats of developing a successful business. Sam holds a BS and MBA from the University of Southern California. His greatest accomplishment has been to keep his wife and three children safe and happy.

Michelle has been a business professional in the Orange County community since 1997. She started her career with the third largest cable provider in the nation, where she developed key relationships with commercial developers and commercial property management companies. While there she contributed towards the growth and expansion of the Business Services division by negotiating major contracts to gain access to commercial properties. This experience allowed Michelle the ability to develop and establish critical business relationships to launch her career in recruiting. In 2003, Michelle joined a multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 recruiting firm. She specialized in the placement of Finance, Accounting and Administrative professionals. Michelle’s contribution to the success of the company ranked her in the top 5% of the company, earning her the elite membership to the President’s club. Her long term business relationships in Orange County and commitment to provide excellent customer service will be instrumental in driving accelerated growth of VACO staffing. She joins Vaco as a key partner to grow and gain market share in Orange County California. Michelle holds a B.A. degree from Cal State University Long Beach, an MBA from UCLA and recently earned her J.D. from Chapman University in Orange, California in 2005.

Kristen began her recruiting career with a multi-million dollar national consulting and recruiting firm. As the Senior Associate, she was responsible for placing candidates on both interim projects and in permanent roles. Prior to her recruiting career, Kristen served honorably as a Controller and Captain for five years in the United States Marine Corps. She received her undergraduate degree from The United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

Jennifer is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in accounting and executive project placement. Jennifer worked for a local CPA firm where she was involved in audit, tax and compliance specializing in clients in the Real Estate and Manufacturing industries. Jennifer launched her career placing senior level accounting and finance project professionals in 2000 and has never looked back. As an individual producer, she consistently managed over 20 consultants on multiple projects. She was promoted to a Branch Manager where she was responsible for the IT, Financial and Creative divisions for the Orange County, CA area. Jennifer holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Kelli began her career with a multi-billion dollar national staffing firm in Irvine, California. There she specialized in the placement of administrative support on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis for Orange County-based clients. Her areas of expertise include professional, administrative, human resources and customer service. As an individual producer, Kelli successfully managed over 70 candidates on temporary projects. Kelli graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.

Anne started her recruiting career in 2003 at a Fortune 500 placement firm, where she focused on project and full-time accounting and administrative positions. During her tenure there, she was a consistent top producer and in 2005 received international recognition for her contribution to the firm. Prior to recruiting, she spent 7 years building successful relationships in the advertising and retail industries. She is currently a member of Toastmasters International and holds a dual degree from California State Fullerton in Communications and Business Administration. Anne is excited to bring her enthusiasm and business acumen to Vaco and looks forward to assisting her clients with all their staffing needs.
