Denise Bennett-Walls
Denise has over 15 years of experience as senior finance and accounting professional. Prior to joining Vaco, Denise led financial consulting operations in the Orlando, Florida market for a multi-billion dollar global staffing and consulting firm (working alongside Stephen F. Smith, Ana Wilson, and Susie Bell). There she was responsible for managing the consulting practice which placed and managed CFO and Controller level consultants on special projects and interim assignments. In this position Denise grew her practice year over year for five consecutive years exceeding business forecasts. In Fiscal Year 2004 Denise’s personal contribution to the business was ranked third worldwide.

Denise started her career with Coopers and Lybrand in the audit division and then worked on two successful business ventures and start-ups for the Walt Disney Company and Hilton Hotels. In addition, Denise spent time teaching accounting and finance internationally and worked as an independent finance consultant domestically. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, new business development, market research, finance, accounting and system design including implementation. Denise graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BS degree in Finance.

Mark Acker
Mark has over 12 years of Accounting and IT experience. Most recently he led the Sarbanes Oxley efforts of a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company in the Orlando area. He has experience across multiple industry lines ranging from: real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, health care, information technology, and Specialty Pharmaceutical distribution. Mark received his bachelors degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.

Susie Bell
Susie has over ten years of experience in the staffing industry. Susie started her recruiting career with an International placement firm affiliated with large, regional public accounting firms. Susie held the titles of Manager of Staffing and Branch Manager. After five years with this company, Susie was recruited by a multi-billion dollar specialized staffing company, where she placed all levels of accounting and financial personnel on a direct hire basis (working alongside Stephen F. Smith, Ana Wilson, and Denise Bennett-Walls). Susie joined Vaco in 2005 as a recruiter for the Vaco Financial division. Susie graduated from Stetson University with her BSBA, with a major in Accounting.

Shannon Brown
Shannon Brown received her bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Florida, and has completed and passed the CPA exam. She has more than 12 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career as an accountant in the medical industry. During her tenure in this position, Shannon honed her skills in cash analysis and management, payroll and general ledger. Following this position, Shannon became the CFO for Health Plans of America, where she managed the financial operations and business development of the company with revenues of $75MM. Later, Shannon served as the director of finance for Alpha Retail, where she was responsible for financial operations, foreign currency, consolidations, P&L analysis and auditing. Most recently, she served as a financial consultant as a liaison for the Florida Department of Financial Services, Auditors. In this role, she served numerous clients, including the Brevard Professional Network, Millennium Health Plans, Lee Edward Group and Alpha Retail. Her responsibilities in this role featured accounting, closings, budgeting, regulatory reporting and planning and organization.

Maria Hoerner
Maria started her career in the Staffing industry with a multi-billion dollar national firm. She comes to Vaco with over 7 years of experience. Maria has a wide range of Staffing experience dealing with multiple industries, including Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare. She was responsible for launching the Allied Division and grew the division significantly, being rated fastest move in August of 2005. Maria has an her associates degree in business Administration from ECC north in Buffalo, NY.

Christine McCarron
Christine joined VACO Resources after 15 years of recognized success in software solutions business development. For the past 5 years Christine has focused on increasing revenue with Microsoft Dynamics Solutions clients. In 2006 and 2007 Christine earned Microsoft 100% Club status and was the Top Growth CSM in the country in 2006. She is a trusted advisor to her clients, identifying the right solutions to meet an organization’s financial, operational, and technical challenges. Christine understands the value of utilizing a flexible work force with subject matter expertise to meet today’s demands on your business. Christine is a graduate of Framingham State College with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Business Communications.

Beau McGlamery
Beau McGlamery began his career in technology by selling some of the leading recruiting software packages. Through client relationships, Beau was eventually recruited into one of the leading consulting groups in Atlanta, where he recruited almost exclusively for the Big4. In addition to managing his growing client and consultant base, Beau was also an investor and co-owner of one of the premier restaurants and nightclubs in Atlanta. He brings significant talent acquisition experience to the Technology team in Orlando, including ERP, Data Warehousing, Application Development, and C-level sourcing and placement. Beau graduated from Life University in Atlanta, with a Bachelor of Business degree.

Tricia Miller
Tricia adds to the Vaco team over 10 years of experience in the hospitality, manufacturing, and service industries. Throughout her staffing experience, Tricia has staffed some of the largest clients worldwide. She has solid expertise in extracting customer needs and service matching. Tricia has a Bachelors in Public Administration from FIU and a Masters in Project Management from Keller.

Erica Pedone
Erica Pedone began her career 18 years ago in retail management in Central Florida. After working in management and human resources for six years with two industry leaders, she spent a decade with global leader Barnes and Noble. Here she held several positions traveling to multiple locations in FL, SC, NJ and New York City where she was committed to placing the right people in the right jobs. Before joining VACO Staffing Orlando in 2007, she worked for a multi billion dollar international staffing firm.

Timmy Rupeiks
Timmy has spent the past eight years in both domestic and international not-for-profit organizations and, most recently, the past five years as a recruiter for non-profits in the state of Florida. He has recruited and placed positions ranging from Attorneys to Social Workers as well as IT professionals. His high retention rate and consistent surpassing of performance goals led to his invitation to join the Orlando team as a Career Manager.

Stephen F. Smith
Stephen F. Smith has a decade of experience in the permanent placement and recruitment of accounting and finance professionals. A former Recruiting Manager and top producer for an S&P 500 publicly traded company (working alongside Denise Bennett-Walls, Ana Wilson, and Susie Bell), Stephen placed professionals in full-time opportunities and consistently ranked among the top sales professionals in the organization earning Chairman’s Club Sales and President Club Awards. Stephen joined VACO in June 2005, and now serves as Director of Financial Recruiting for our Central Florida offices. Stephen earned his Bachelors degree from Seton Hall University, in South Orange, New Jersey and his Masters Degree from the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Ana Wilson
Ana Wilson began her career in marketing and public relations before joining a software development company in the midst of the technology boom in the late 90's. As she developed a passion for the industry, she was recruited by a multi-billion dollar national firm to sell technology services (working alongside Stephen F. Smith, Denise Bennett-Walls, and Susie Bell). She was promoted within 6 months to manage the technology group in Orlando, consistently increasing candidate and customer bases and exceeding financial goals for the division, while maintaining top-producing individual performance. In 2003, after winning the firm's annual recognition award for #1 worldwide Technology Division Director, she was promoted to Branch Manager where she oversaw 2 product lines with combined revenue of over $6 million. Ana has joined Vaco Technology as Division Director in Orlando, Florida. Ana is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in eBusiness Management from Westwood College.

Brian Yankelevitz
Brian (“Yank”) brings several years of direct recruiting experience in diverse industries prior to joining to Vaco in 2007. Yank received an athletic scholarship and his BA from Long Beach State in California where he excelled as a three year letterman and a member of the 94-95 NCAA Men's Basketball tournament team. Upon graduation, Yank played professional basketball overseas in Europe for several years. He later successfully served four years as an assistant basketball coach at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Upon leaving the world of athletics, Yank served as a Regional Sales Manager for Donovan Industries, and later, as a Senior Recruiter for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, where he led the recruiting efforts for the Orlando and Jacksonville markets.
