BenefitsThe consultants of Vaco Resources enjoy an environment where performance is recognized and rewarded. Vaco's attractive benefit plan enhances an extremely competitive salary structure. Vacation Pay
Consultants earn 40 hours vacation pay for 1,000 base hours. Once earned, the vacation pay will be paid out at the current rate of pay and will be included on the next paycheck. Holiday Pay
Once the eligibility requirements have been met, consultants on projects will be eligible for holiday pay. To receive holiday pay, consultants must be on a project and work 24 hours the week of the holiday and the week following the holiday. Eligible consultants will receive 8 hours pay for the following holidays whether or not the consultant works that day.
An updated holiday schedule will be sent to all consultants at the beginning of each year. The pay will be added to your time sheet that covers that holiday and will be paid out at the current rate of pay. 401(k) Plan
The Vaco 401(k) package includes investment options designed to accomodate any investor's needs. Employee enrollment is on a quarterly basis and those employed by the company who have had 3 months of service will qualify on that enrollment date. Long-Term Disability Group Policy
Vaco offers long-term disability through Northwestern Mutual on a group discounted basis. Our group policy could reduce the cost of Long-Term Disability insurance by 20-30%. Referral Bonuses
Vaco offers referral bonuses for consultants who identify project opportunities and consultants placed on projects. Referral bonuses may be in the form of one-time bonuses, % of revenue on referred projects or non-cash awards. Several consultants are currently receiving this benefit and Vaco is anxious to pay additional bonuses for qualified referrals. Eligibility
Consultants are eligible for benefits after the completion of 1,000 base hours. Overtime hours are not included in this calculation. If a consultant does not work on a project for Vaco for 12 consecutive months, the consultant will be considered a new hire and must complete the eligibility requirements as stated above. |
