How do you evaluate IT talent?
Every candidate is interviewed by a qualified recruiter in an in-depth, face to face session to discuss experience, skill sets, career goals and motivations. This interview allows us to evaluate personality, presentation, and communication skills. If applicable, each candidate is given a technical evaluation appropriate to their skill sets. Our clients have the opportunity to review these results. Finally, references are checked prior to presenting any candidate.
