Bio

Michael is a partner at Vaco Atlanta, LLC, where he is part of the core management team that oversees new business opportunities in addition to day-to-day operations. Michael has more than 16 years in the Information Technology Staffing and Consulting Industry. He has held a variety of positions including Technical Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Account Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Executive. His experience includes Business Development, Team-Building, Business Strategy and P&L Management. Prior to joining Vaco, he spent the past four years with one of the largest Oracle consulting firms in the U.S., where he was in charge of the technical staffing division. He joins Vaco energized by the entrepreneurial opportunity it provides.

Michael graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BA in Economics. He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Laura, sons Jack and Carter and daughter Katherine. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, snow skiing, reading, and coaching youth sports.
