As a Partner for Vaco's Birmingham office, Bart specializes in executive search for companies in the areas of accounting and finance. Prior to beginning his recruiting career, Bart spent 10 years in the accounting field both as a CPA and working for various companies. He believes this has allowed him to truly appreciate and understand the accounting and finance field. Bart's goal is to partner with every business client and each candidate to listen to both parties' needs, and to make the process as easy and seamless as possible for everyone involved. He works with the customer to provide them with the correct solution to their accounting and financial needs.

Prior to joining the Vaco team, Bart performed corporate contingent recruitment services in area of finance and accounting with a local firm from 2003 until 2008. Bart was the leading producer for that firm year after year.

Bart is actively involved in many charitable organizations  within the Birmingham community including the American Value Luncheon sponsored by the Boy Scouts of America, Fund Raising Efforts for Bell Center Mercedes Marathon as well as being the head coach for BUSA U-18 Soccer Team.
