Bio

Marti fills a dual role for Vaco as a sourcing recruiter and office manager. In her sourcing capacity, Marti is responsible for identifying and working with candidates to introduce them to Vaco's client opportunities. In her capacity as office manager, Marti is responsible for Vaco's office systems, including the client database and computer network.

Marti joined Vaco in September 2007 after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors degree in Journalism with an English minor.

She enjoys volunteer work through Hands on Charlotte and getting Vaco engaged with local charities including The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
