Bio

Courtney is a partner in Vaco Columbus LLC and will lead all recruiting operations for our central Ohio region. 

Courtney has worked in the staffing industry for more than six years and consistently was ranked as a top performer. The majority of her career was spent in a smaller regional staffing firm and more recently she worked as a corporate recruiter.  Her experience has been in the areas of Technology, Engineering, Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, Marketing/Advertising,  and Automotive. 

She considers her strengths to be a strong work-ethic, passion for recruiting, and ability to perform candidate searches outside of common sourcing avenues.  She finds the right fit every time.

Courtney is a 2002 graduate of the University of Michigan and is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
