.NET Developer

We are looking for a .NET developer for a contract to hire role in the DFW area. You must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Design, development, testing and implementation of high performance/high availability .NET based application for business users. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.

You should have at least 3+ years experience designing and developing Objected Oriented application with a minimum of 3+ years of .NET development and lead experience

Experience in technically mentoring medium/large teams of developers is a must have. Strong analytical skills, ability to collaborate with external teams, work with ambiguity to achieve results?????

Skills:

*At least 1+ year of hands on development experience web services. Technical Experience with the following technologies and concepts:

*Object Oriented Design (and UML Diagramming)

*Web Development (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

*ASP.NET WebForms

*C#, VB.NET

*Web Services and SOAP, Web Services with ASMX, WCF

*Write, optimize performance SQL queries

*Operating System - Windows

Review deliverables from team members and mentor them on development practices, language, frameworks, tools and methodology.Provide input into estimation processes, track outstanding tasks and dependencies across components. Support testing processes, work with team members to resolve issues. Partner and network with other developers, architects, SMEs and other IT team members to develop solutions in compliance with established enterprise standards. Effectively communicate with team members and business users.
