.NET Developer

We are looking for a VB.NET developer for a long term contract role in the DFW area. You must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

You should have at least 3+ years experience designing and developing Objected Oriented application with a minimum of 3+ years of .NET development and lead experience

Skills:

*At least 1+ year of hands on development experience web services. Technical Experience with the following technologies and concepts:

*Object Oriented Design

*Web Development (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

*.NET Visual Studio 2010

*IIS Application Server

*ASP.NET WebForms

VB.NET

*Database Concepts

*Write, optimize performance SQL queries

*Operating System - Windows

Define and implement software using established design patterns, industry best practices and enterprise standards. Demonstrate proficient understanding of business processes being delivered by the software solution, examine trade offs between usability and performance needs of the system and provide alternatives. Profile, analyze and optimize software solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements and business service level agreements. Provide input into estimation processes, track outstanding tasks and dependencies across components. Support testing processes, work with team members to resolve issues. Partner and network with other developers, architects, SMEs and other IT team members to develop solutions in compliance with established enterprise standards. Effectively communicate with team members and business users.
