Bio

Clay specializes in the Finance & Accounting and IT Fields. Before Vaco, he was Director of Business Operations for a $6 billion, Fortune 500 company. He has been a partner in two start up companies,  and has overseen Finance, Accounting, Light Industrial, Aerospace and Defense, Engineering and Administrative placement divisions. 

In previous leadership roles, Clay's three Dallas offices produces over $20 million/yr in revenue.  His start ups were around $7-$8 million in revenue when he sold his share. Clay was also a two-time sales contest winner and a two-time Top Director of Business Operations winner.

Clay is involved as a Small Group Leader for High School Students at Fellowship Church, and a Board Member for Highland Village Baseball/ Softball Association and Lewisville Football Association. He also belongs to Dallas Blue Business Network, Hedge Fund Group, DFW Entrepreneur Network, and The Recruitment Network. Clay received his BA degree from Texas Tech University in 1995.

Clay enjoys spending his free time with his family, in the gym or doing anything outdoors!
