Dean's role as Sr. Account Executive partners him with Ft. Worth and nationwide clients on critical projects and strategic talent acquisitions in the areas of technology and engineering on a contract, contract to hire, and permanent basis.

Previously, Dean was employed with Veritude, a Fidelity Investments Company, in which he was the Director of Client Relationship Management for the Southwest Region. He accelerated the growth of two regional accounts to top five elite status in the country. He was honored to be the shortest tenured employee to win the prestigious "Circle of Excellence Award." Dean also managed the top three NPS (Customer Loyalty Program) ranked accounts in the nation.

Prior to working for Veritude, Dean was employed by Peyton Resource Group for almost 5 years. He was very honored to have been recruited by the CEO to develop one of the fastest growing privately held staffing firms in the country from a start up. He is most proud of developing a team of sales and recruiters from 5 to 40 people to attract, source and recruit the best talent for several large companies in the DFW and national market.

Before working for PRG, he had the privilege to learn the business for 5 years from some of the best in the business at Aerotek. Dean is pleased to be working with several of those close friends and partners today at VACO.

Dean has a BS in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Dean is involved in AITP The Association of IT Professionals, Techxans, PMI Project Management Institute, HDI The Helpdesk Institute, and DOUG Dallas Oracle User Group.

In his free time Dean enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Lindsay and his curious puppy Dexter.
