Bio

Frances Moreno earned her CPA license while at Deloitte & Touche in San Diego, California.  She graduated from San Diego State University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Spanish in 1994. As a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, Frances travelled in Europe and completed one year of post-graduate work in Madrid, Spain before joining Deloitte.   Frances launched Vaco Los Angeles in January 2006 after consulting in the ERP software industry and serving as a top ranked Director at a S&P 500 publicly traded resource-based company.   She is the Anchor Partner of the Vaco LA practice and has grown the consulting and executive search practice swiftly through her extensive network and with the tenured team at Vaco.  Under Frances's leadership, Vaco was recognized as "#1 Best Place to Work" in Los Angeles and one of the "Fastest 100 Growing Companies" in Los Angeles in 2009.  Frances is active with the Financial Executives International (FEI) since 1999.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of KidSave and is passionate about KidSave's mission to create change so forgotten orphanage and foster kids grow up in families and connected to caring adults.
