Bio

Katherine Guthrie is a Certified Public Accountant with a combined nine years of experience in public accounting at both Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Arthur Andersen, LLP.  She served as a Senior Manager in Audit & Enterprise Risk Services on various clients within the healthcare, gaming, real estate and manufacturing industries.  Katherine was responsible for audit plan, execution and reporting to the Securities Exchange Commission on several publicly traded companies across the country.

After her time in public accounting, Katherine spent over four years with CVS Caremark as Manager of Account Management.  Her responsibilities included management of client relationships, supervision of account managers, customer retention, product upgrades, deliverables and day-to-day program management through interaction with clients.  She also represented the company in handling unique and sensitive customer requests.  She joined the VACO Mid-South team in July 2011.

Katherine obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
