Bio

Justin joined Vaco in 2007 because of the entrepreneurial culture. "Vaco is for highly self-motivated, client-focused individuals who thrive in such a culture"  A member of the Vaco Resources team,  Justin provides clients with senior-level financial and accounting professionals on a project and consulting basis, as well as direct hire.

Justin is a native Memphian with deep roots and an extensive professional network.  Prior to joining Vaco, Justin spent 7 years in the financial industry, beginning  with the London-based Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation. He then joined a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch specializing in whole-loan mortgage transactions, and was responsible for buying and analyzing mortgage assets from banks and brokers in the Memphis and Nashville markets.

While at Merrill Lynch, Justin was the recipient of several sales awards, including  Rookie of the Year.  He also consistently placed in the Top 50 and President’s Club for 2 years in a row out of a sales force of 800+.  He brings that same level of effort to his team at Vaco.

When asked what Justin likes about his current role at Vaco he states, "The recipe for success in our group is having fun doing the job, while also providing a highly professional service to our clients and consultants. We’re committed to being the best ."

Justin holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Mississippi State University.  He is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI), Mississippi State Alumni Associate (BBA Finance and Marketing) and is active in The Breakfast Club.  He also supports ISACA and IIA.  In his free time, Justin plays golf, hunts, fishes and cares for his 2 year old son.
