Bio

Darlene, and her payroll team, support all Vaco offices and all of their employees and consultants.  Paying everyone accurately and timely is what she strives for.

She has over 20 years experience in the payroll, payroll accounting and payroll tax field. She was the Sr. Payroll Tax Analyst at Deloitte for several years and has also worked for a payroll processing service as well as several independent companies. She received her CPP in 1998.

Darlene is a Member of the National American Payroll Association and the Greater Nashville Chapter of the American Payroll Association, Elected Government Liaison for the Greater Nashville Chapter of the American Payroll Association for 2009-2010, and has volunteered on committees and been an past officer with the GNCAPA since the early 1990’s.

How Darlene describes FREEDOM...  Freedom to me is flexibility!

How Darlene enjoys spending her FREE TIME... Free time is spent with my husband, Fulton and my beautiful 14 year old daughter, Elizabeth.  We love the lake and spend as much time as possible at the lake house in Dover, TN.
