Bio

Jay started his career in public accounting in the Nashville audit practice at Arthur Andersen. In 1997, Jay left Arthur Andersen as a Manager and started the senior level accounting and financial consulting practice in Nashville for an S&P 500 staffing and consulting firm. He spent  last six years with this firm serving in management roles ranging from Regional Manager of Consulting Services, Business Development Director and Division Director. In November 2002 he founded Continuum Search with Brian Waller , which merged with Vaco Resources in January 2004 to become Vaco. Jay holds a Certified Public Accountant Certificate and is a member of the AICPA. In addition, he has served on numerous committees at both the state and local levels of the TSCPA. Jay holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.  Jay currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Middle Tennessee Council Boy Scouts of America.
