Jessika's focus is to help those with specialized skill sets take their career to the next level. While she typically focuses on accounting, administrative, HR, and sales positions, she is always up for challenge of finding the perfect fit for an unlikely position. She is able to utilize temporary, contract and permanent work to achieve the goals of her clients.

Jessika was a Certified Financial Planner for 10 years specializing in retirement investments and the protection of assets.  Now she and her zest are assets to Vaco!

She holds a BA from Harding University in English and Ministry.  She is a Council member of the Junior League of Nashville, the Nashville Heart Association Gala Late Party Chair and a volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

What puts the wind in your sail about working at Vaco?

One of my favorite things to do is to connect people. I love being the force that nudges two parties in each others circle that creates a mutually positive relationship. At Vaco, I get to do that for a living, not just for a dinner party. I get to do what I love to do every day.

How do you describe FREEDOM?

The ability to choose each day how you will live and impact the world around you. At Vaco I have the opportunity every day to help others find the next step in their dreams and to build their businesses with excellent people. I'm able to decide each moment what my contribution to the success of myself, my company and my clients will be- it's empowering.

How do you enjoy spending your FREE TIME?

Triathlon racing, cooking and sharing time with my friends.
