Bio

Layne has a total of 27 years experience in recruiting and staffing, 25 of these years in the Nashville market. She began her career in Atlanta, Georgia, with an independent staffing company that specialized in large project management. She relocated to Nashville in 1984 and joined what would become the 4th largest staffing company in the world placing hundreds of candidates over 18 years. For the first ten years she placed permanent positions and managed that division with up to 4 other consultants. The ensuing 8 years she placed permanent and staffing candidates in some of the larger companies in the area. Her expertise covers administrative, accounting, professional, human resources, marketing, purchasing and a variety of other disciplines. She was consistently a top producer for this global company. She has been top producer for her division nationwide in her current company for 5 years. She is an avid volunteer in several organizations in her community.

What fuels Layne:

Building long term relationships with customers and candidates through value added service, integrity, honesty; and  owning  the tremendous privilege  and solemn obligation of positively impacting their lives with a spirit of servant leadership.  What I do is my purpose and passion.  I am so proud that I do it at Vaco.
