The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for management reporting and analysis of consolidated actual, plan and projected financial statements, expense summaries and executive financial package. Also responsible for all consolidated sales reporting, a business partner to the Corporate cost centers, and assist with the completion of Board of Directors packages. Detailed responsibilities include:

* Sales Reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

* Expense Budgets including:

o Monthly expense budget reporting and analysis

o Assisting corporate cost centers with bi-annual plans and monthly estimates

o Intercompany chargebacks for Corporate as well as oversight to the process for all intercompany charges

o Tracking Corporate non-gaap expenses

o SG&A tie-out

* Assist with completion of all packages for the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee, including Quarter Actuals, Annual Plan & Strategic Plan, and Incentive Comp Plans.

* Representative for Corporate Cost Centers in Hyperion Planning system implementation

* Ad hoc projects as requested by Senior Mgmt

* Education: BS Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus

* Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a finance environment with exposure to general accounting, financial analysis, and corporate reporting

* Retail Industry experience considered a plus

* Strong knowledge of GAAP

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint is a must). Experience with Hyperion Planning general ledger systems and budgeting systems required.
