Please join Vaco Orlando and Cecilia Kelly, The Dr. P. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center (DPAC) chief financial officer, who will be discussing the progress of DPAC and the topic of not-for-profit arts accounting. Previously Cecilia worked for Hard Rock Café International as worldwide controller and senior director of finance of both domestic and international businesses. Her responsibilities included the supervision of all accounting, finance and financial analysis, reporting of financial and business metrics, strategic oversight of capital deployment, marketing analysis, analysis of operational initiatives, and working with senior management and the parent company to develop strategy and measure results. Before that, Cecelia worked as a financial consultant where she managed several projects for a variety of clients and acted as chief financial officer for a number of non-profit organizations. She began her career working for eleven years at KPMG.
