Bio

Jason began his career in staffing back in 2004 with one of the largest international specialized staffing firms in the Orlando market  During his three years as a Financial Recruiter in accounting job placements - responsible for the full cycle recruiting, coordinating positions, and servicing clients' accounts - Jason become one of the top producers in Florida and the Eastern US.  Snow left the staffing industry in order to pursue another passion for the development of young athletes with a company called Velocity Sports Performance.  After recruiting for 2 years with Velocity, Jason decided to rejoin the staffing industry and choose Vaco Orlando as the path of success in January of 2009.  Currently, Jason focuses on two aspects for Vaco - developing his business relationships for providing employees on a Direct-Hire basis and recruiting professionals who are seeking their next career step.  Jason has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from New York University.  Also, Coach Snow has a relentless passion in the sport of wrestling, in which he not only was a successful NCAA All-American and 2X HS State Champion wrestler, but as a UCF Wrestling Coach for the past 8 years, Snow has been a part of the organization's only 3 National Championships.  Valuing his time with his wife, Lindsey, and their dog as well as traveling the World are other things Jason enjoys in his leisure time.
