Maria started her career in the staffing industry with a multi-billion dollar national firm. She came to Vaco in June of 2007 with over 10 years of experience and has a wide range of staffing experience dealing with Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries, including hospitality, retail, restaurants, and healthcare. Over 5 years of this experience was focused in Staffing for Hospitals & Skilled Nursing Facilities with an emphasis on helping companies with a total solution to ensure all their patients are seen. Maria has grown her business in 2011 by triple from the prior year.  She has a wide range of experience in Staffing for clients in many industries, i.e., Fisher Price, Oneida China, Nabisco Foods, Traveler's and Property Insurance, Walt Disney and many more. She has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from ECC North in Buffalo, New York.

Maria has been a Team Leader for Making Strides in Orlando, FL for 5 Years. We strive to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Maria launched Vaco Healthcare in Florida in August 2008, her focus is in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy & Speech Language Staffing.
