I am writing this letter to encourage you to partner with Timmy Rupeiks and the team at VACO for the purpose of securing temporary or permanent resources for technology-related positions within your organization.  My organization has been partnering with Timmy and his team for over two years now and I have been extremely pleased with the resources that he and the team at VACO have brought to the table.  The group at VACO has proven themselves to be very knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive to our needs at all times.  The candidates that they have set forth have typically presented the problem of not whether to hire one of the candidates, but which one.

Over the course of the past two years I have sourced both full-time and temporary staff from VACO in the areas of networking (including Support Engineers, Network Engineers and a Director of Network Operations) and development (including Reporting Analysts, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts/Developers).  Each and every time a resource was needed, Timmy and the team did a fantastic job of ensuring they understood all of our requirements and submitting only qualified candidates that met most, if not all, of our objectives.  On one occasion they were able to deliver two highly qualified resources on three days notice to ensure that we were able to successfully move forward with a project that was given a lot of attention by executive management and the resources did a fantastic job of making the project a success.  On top of the success in placing resources, the team at VACO has been very flexible to work with and when issues arose, they were always very quick to remedy them to my satisfaction.

I think Nancy does an incredible job. She takes time to understand her clients on a personal level and their specific challenges, goals and objectives. She asks the right questions to ensure that she looks for the right candidate to fit the organizational need and their culture. She is surrounded by an amazing group of professionals that support her screening and hiring process with unique capabilities. The process that Vaco follows to ensure that EACH clients needs are met, should be trademarked. Their team approach towards solving a clients hiring challenges is extensive and refreshing.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for everything. I know you presented me to your clients with confidence because in both cases, I worked in situations where the expectation was very high. I am happy that I was able to meet the clients' expectations for both assignments.

I had the pleasure to work in two new industries because of you. I recognize the benefit and added value I gained. I have built relationships that I hope will last a long time. I have had the pleasure to work with wonderful individuals where learning was reciprocal.

I must admit that the present economical climate and watching family members, friends and acquaintances deplete their savings as a result of extended period of unemployment had some influence on my decision. However, the work environment is one of the best that I have experienced (as you can see from my resume, I have worked at a number of companies).  As such, I accepted the position as the Accounting Manager effective today, April 20^th.  I trust it is a good sign because I got married on this day 13 years ago.
