A rapidly growing national technology company, headquartered in Phoenix, is searching for an internal Technical Recruiter.
This position will play an important role in researching and sourcing top tier IT candidates to be considered for employment. The successful candidate will be a an outgoing, curious individual who has a proven track record of success in staffing all levels of IT positions and has a passion for all facets of the recruiting cycle. Candidates must be able to source, recruit and screen applicants for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and database administrators.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Sourcing experience in Technology Consulting Company with a successful track record of recruiting IT professionals
Excellent candidate assessment skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with prospective candidates
Ability to drive the multiple full cycle recruiting efforts within a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment
Experience in Technical sourcing, interviewing, and selection of applicants
Proficiency in working with job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels
Adept at facilitating meeting between hiring manager and applicant - negotiating salary, benefits and closing deals
Experience with the creation of a portfolio of possible candidates and conducting applicant tracking
Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
