David R. Rhode, managing partner of Vaco Raleigh, LLC (www.vaco.com), an executive placement and consulting firm, has announced that Vern McDonald, business development director in the firm's information technology practice, who also serves as executive vice president of the RTP chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals, attended the AITP Members Summit held Jan. 22-23 in Chicago.
