What puts the wind in My Sail? "The people I work with and the ability to "run their own business".  I am proud to say I am a part of the Vaco team.  It is gratifying to me to be part of a team that works ethically and has a great, growing reputation.  The thing I love about this industry most is that I get to work with different people (candidates, clients) everyday.  Also, that I am able to help my clients and my candidates - it is very satisfying.  I am so glad that I can do it in a company that operates the way Vaco does and treats people the way they should be treated."
