Bio

Beth is the Technical Resource Manager at VACO Raleigh where she has dedicated her career to the recruiting industry. She is responsible for leading all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of consulting and permanent professionals. She has an innate ability to develop trust, respect, strong relationships and communication avenues with internal and external clients, which has earned her high regards and recognition in the marketplace. Beth is also a strong account manager and provides sales/business development support through onsite client and consultant appreciation events, as well as continued interaction on ongoing business needs, and continual consultant and client feedback and management.

Continually recognized as a top performer, Beth has the ability to work quickly to provide quality candidates, while still completing all due diligence necessary and preserving excellent candidate and client relationships. Further, she is seen as an integral member of the team that is willing to go above and beyond and assist wherever needed.

Beth earned her degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Journalism and Mass Communication, where she was a scholar athlete on the women's golf team. She joined VACO Raleigh in November 2007 through a referral of the VACO Technology Partner in Charlotte.

Beth is active in several community and professional organizations including the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA), Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and UNC Lineberger Cancer Center.

A native of Allentown, Pa., Beth resides in Raleigh with her husband, Brian, and cat, Divot. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, staying active, gardening and spending time with her family.
