Suzan Sprouse is a business development director for Vaco Raleigh, LLC, where she assists with client/account management, new business development initiatives and identifying and assessing qualified candidates for professional opportunities with a particular focus on Human Resources, Sales, Administration and Pharmaceutical positions.

Suzan brings more than 16 years of business development and recruiting experience to the Vaco Operations team. Prior to her career in recruiting, Suzan was in the publishing industry where she enjoyed an exciting career with PHOTOgraphic magazine, Skindiver magazine, Florida Trends Next magazine and various other publications. Her diverse background and travels have contributed greatly to her ability to relate to people and grasp complicated skill sets, understand necessary soft skills and hone in on the clients specific needs to meet their expectations.

A native Oregonian who has lived in 13 states and traveled across the globe, she now resides in downtown Raleigh and considers the Triangle one of the best places to work and play! Suzan is an active member in several charitable and social organizations and feels a great sense of responsibility to ‘give back' and ‘pay it forward'.
