Vaco Technology has an immediate need for a Helpdesk Analyst for a client in the Richmond area. The Helpdesk Analyst focuses on providing support and assistance to the clients' customers. Only qualified applicants need apply.


Requirements include:


* MUST have previous mainframe experience (simply scheduling and monitoring batch jobs, etc)


* Networking experience is highly preferred, TCP/ IP, connectivity, user password resets, etc.


* Ultimately the position will be on the second shift (3:30 till midnight)


* 2-3 years helpdesk experience with a role that handled 50-60 calls per day


* Most of the the candidate's experience should be Windows based with some level of familiarity with the mainframe


* Help users get the most out of their applications


* Great Communication Skills
