Bio

Clay joined Vaco as an Assistant Recruiter in 2011.  He focuses on finding  the most qualified candidates for a variety of skill sets within the targeted market.  His goal is to place candidates within the appropriate business culture based on client and consultant needs and specifications.  Before coming to Vaco, he began his career in the Quality Assurance field for a multi-million dollar corporation. There he worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and assisted the company in software development projects. He also has experience working in the Helpdesk field. Clay graduated from James Madison University in 2007 with a degree in Psychology.
