Bio

Jason Giska, a Virginia native, joined the Vaco team as the Director of Business Development for the Tidewater Virginia Region.  Jason has over 13 years of experience with placement and IT consulting services focusing on business development  and recruiting.  He helped to launch the Hampton Roads office with the goal of developing long term  business partnerships with his clients in the Information Technology and Accounting/Financial fields.  Throughout his career, he has worked with public & private corporations along with state & local government on contracts for projects, contract to hire and direct placement opportunities.  He takes great pride in his client development,  and is a results oriented individual that effectively communicates with coworkers, consultants and clients.  Jason has managed projects from inception to completion, and successfully works toward complete client/consultant satisfaction.  Prior to Vaco,  Jason worked for a multi billion dollar privately held consulting firm, in which he consistently achieved President Club sales levels.  He contributed to the 200% growth of the Richmond VA office with the development of the largest billing client and helped to open a new office in the Virginia Market.  Jason graduated form the University of Richmond with a BA in Sociology.
