Bio

Renee has been in the consulting and recruiting business for over ten years.  Renee received her B.S. in Accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University and then went on to work at KPMG in Richmond where she had exposure to manufacturing, retail, distribution, not-for-profit and financial service clients. Since opening  in 2004, Vaco Richmond has completed over 1000 jobs by bringing top talent to Vaco in order to continue Vaco's highest quality customer service and valued ethics.  Renee's knowledge and experience have been vital to this expansion.  She is currently in charge of the Vaco Richmond office as well as leads the senior level consulting and executive placement. Renee has successfully worked on senior executive level positions throughout the region and has executed consulting engagements for some of the premier companies throughout Virginia and nationwide. She prides herself on relationship development and defining clear business/career solutions for her clients. 

In addition, Renee is deeply seeded in several community organizations.  She currently serves on the audit committee for the Alzheimer's Association, has been a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement for two years, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Venture Forum for three years.
