Shelby has over 15 years of strong business experience in the recruiting and staffing industry in the Richmond, Virginia market. She began her career with an international specialized staffing firm where she was consistently a top producer for their accounting and financial temporary division. She later started her own staffing company specializing in the temporary and permanent placement of accounting and administrative personnel. Shelby brings solid knowledge of the full-cycle recruiting and sales process to Vaco along with 14 years of strong business relationships. She has been responsible for the placement of hundreds of accounting and administrative professionals over the years, many of whom have become clients. Shelby graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a bachelor’s degree in business/economics.
