Bio

Stephanie Nowak, CPA, is a Partner in the Richmond office and served as a key member in the launch of Richmond's Financial division.  Joining the Vaco team in 2004, she works with both clients and candidates to successfully create long-term matches, bringing what she believes to be the top talent to her clients, as well as a multitude of viable career opportunities to her candidates.  Prior to Vaco, Stephanie served in the audit practices of both Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, focusing in the industries of manufacturing, financial services, and energy.  She holds a bachelor's of business administration degree in accounting from the College of William and Mary.
