Field Sales Representatives help Clients to breakthrough limiting patterns and take action toward a more rewarding and fulfilling life. Candidates accepted into this program will be trained for success and immediately apply those skills by promoting and selling one of our most important and exciting live seminars.

This position is 100% commission based.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Field Sales Representatives will:

Host complimentary Peak Performance Strategy Sessions geared toward top-level executives and sales professionals in local area businesses. Typical audience size ranges from 10 - 100. Candidate must have confidence in speaking in front of and influencing large groups to take action to make a purchase on the spot.

  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to your market by prospecting for leads, setting meetings, gaining referrals, growing our Client base and have a strong bias toward profitability

  • Coordinate with inside sales representative(s) on session schedules and help identify optimal target businesses

  • Synergize with other Field Sales Representative(s) in your city to achieve city results

  • Maintain monthly, weekly and daily success plans and report key metrics as required

Sales Representatives will work in major markets across theUnited States

Management Responsibilities:


Experience & Education:

  • 3 + years previous sales experience with a strong track record of success.

  • College degree preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Desired:


  • Candidates must possess at least 3 years previous outside sales experience.

  • World Class selling and influencing skills

  • Traits, attitudes, & skills should include: great communicator, self-motivated, results-oriented, excellent presentation skills, entrepreneurial, spirit/do-what-it-takes attitude, financially motivated, compassionate, persuasive, assertive, honest, strong closing ability, happy

  • Must be willing to travel 100% of the time. Field Sales Representatives will move approximately every three (3) months to the cities hosting the seminars. Company will sponsor housing and automobile as well as travel between cities. FSRs will also travel daily by car within assigned territories to conduct sales meetings
