Brandy and her partners, Ryan Buell and Joe Kudla, successfully launched Vaco San Diego in May 2005. Brandy came to Vaco with nearly 15 years of accounting and recruiting experience in companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 to Big 4 Accounting (KPMG). She has an absolute passion for building relationships and nurturing careers in the San Diego market place thus her business has grown largely based on referrals. Brandy has been nominated for Women Who Mean Business and Vaco has been nominated for Best Places to Work in San Diego.

Brandy graduated from UCSB with a BA in Business Economics, Emphasis in Accounting.
