Our client in San Francisco is searching for a Sr. Business Analyst.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail as well as an intense focus on client and customer satisfaction. Success is measured by client satisfaction surveys, metrics of productivity, and ultimately by progress toward meeting its goals to help customers save energy while maintaining the highest achievable levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data. Develop and/or maintain data models for what-if analysis and for other business purposes.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and forecast costs for 50+ programs.
* Cost Monitoring: Monitor monthly costs to PCCs and Orders.
* Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track business metrics. Develop and maintain standard, custom and ad-hoc reports.
* Accruals: Prepare monthly accruals in accordance with internal guidelines

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, related field or equivalent
* 5 years experience in supporting business needs of line department
* 5 years experience in Business Analytics
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; good presentation skills
* Proficient in using SAP to create cost monitoring reports
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Strong focus on client and customer satisfaction
