Bio

As a partner in the Technology group, Denny is responsible for identifying qualified candidates for his client’s technology needs.  He establishes relationships with the top IT talent in the greater Seattle area and assists them in finding a suitable company that matches their background, skill set and career aspirations. Denny's strengths include building long lasting relationships and establishing a true partnership with his candidates/consultants.  He is heavily involved in staffing for the telecommunications and e-commerce industries.
Denny began his career in the staffing industry in Seattle with a multi-million dollar National IT Staffing firm placing high level IT consultants and engineers.  He quickly became a Top Producer and was responsible for the career development of new recruiters and developing Best Practices for talent acquisition.  Due to his performance in Seattle, Denny was nationally selected to open the Orlando, FL branch where he focused on recruiting top IT talent for the hospitality, finance and technology industries as well as various government programs.  After the successful launch of Orlando, Denny joined Sean Paaga and Barry Mendez as a founding Partner of Vaco Seattle, LLC.  He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Aeronautical Engineering.

Denny is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity, Seattle Cisco Users Group and is a WTIA Member.

When asked what puts the wind in his sail, Denny replied,
