We are looking for an Avaya Support Engineer for a contract to hire role in the Dallas area. You should be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. US Citizen or Green Card Holder are encouraged to respond, no sponsorship or H-1's at this time.


Daily Responsibilities:


Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Avaya systems and equipment.


Assist other team members with programming of network and system configurations, system features and routing.


Review performance of telephony systems for productivity levels and upgrade requirements if needed.


Maintain inventory of equipment.


Work with vendors as required.


Recognize and suggest policy and procedure changes including technology planning


Qualifications:


Avaya Certification in System Administration or IP Telephony Deployment


Experience with Avaya advanced technology is required


Avaya Aura Communication Manager experience is required


Demonstrated Networking experience


Experience with Windows 2003/2008 Servers and Exchange Server 2007/2010


Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products


Avaya Certification in System Administration


College Degree preferred


SQL DBA Development / Production

SQL DBA


We are looking for a Development / Production SQL DBA that brings to the table a high level of technical skills and problem solving skills with enterprise and high availability systems experience as a DBA. You must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and credit check. US Citizen or Green Card Holders are encouraged to apply, no 1099 or Corp-to-Corp at this time.


The following are the day to day responsibilities and knowledge that the successful DBA will have and bring to the table. This position will support a dynamic 24X7 database operations environment that contains a broad range of Windows and SQL Server environments. You should have at least 7+ years of direct work related SQL Server experience in an enterprise-level production DBA role. Experience with SQL Server 2008 R2 and supporting technologies (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is needed for this role. Experience with SQL Server running on Windows clusters and proven ability to design and implement enterprise SQL Server environments leveraging Windows and SAN resources. You should have mastery of SQL and Windows performance tuning methodologies and tools and extensive experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting database processes.

OBIEE Functional Analyst

OBIEE Functional Analyst

Qualifications/Skills:



  • Three or more years of experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).

  • Experience with ERP Systems. Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.

  • Experience with financial systems and financial analysis

  • Experience in conducting workshops with business users, understanding the business and data issues and arriving at BI solutions.

  • Experience creating systems documentation, including functional specifications, gap analysis, and test scripts

Structural Designer

We have a new Engineering contract opportunity with Disney -2 - 4 week project: pay is $15.00 - $18.00/hour

Responsible for gathering engineering documentation for customer & preparing engineering documentation for entry into EDMS. This effort will require operation of a scanner, database entry & some basic knowledge of CAD (open, edit text, & print) Required Qualifications: *Knowledge of scanning equipment - wide format & high speed small format *Adobe Acrobat Professional * Experience w/Architectural &/or Mechanical Drawings *understanding of configuration management (revision control) *Detail oriented & Independent worker *Proofreading experience *Strong organizational skills *Database query experience Desired Qualifications: Familiar w/AutoCAD interface desired but not a requirement

Database Administrator

Summary: Responsible for database creation, implementation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting for software applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Evaluates, installs and maintains database management system (DBMS) software and related software products.
* Develops mid-size project plans (i.e., single system/family and multiple resources) using project management tools.

JDA Allocation Technical Consultant

This individual will be responsible for:



  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, while managing day to day activities such as issue, risk and change management

  • Lead and perform the analysis, definition, development and testing of client data conversions, interfaces, and application enhancements

  • Facilitate the logging, reporting, and resolution of application issues i

  • Build overall client system schedule including online and batch operations


Requirements:



  • Experience providing technical leadership for complex software implementations

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform month-end close procedures, including but not limited to - prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, identification and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.


Responsible for reconciliations and analysis of key balance sheet accounts


Assist with financial reporting, monthly forecast and annual budgeting process as needed

Provide database administration support for application projects. Provide consultation and support to technically complex projects in activities during all phases of the development life cycle. Support applications in database design, analysis, customization, testing, implementation, and maintenance of various environments. Provide technical assistance in resolving production system problems. Participate in investigating technologies and recommending solutions to meet business needs.



Position Requirements:



  • Strong technical skills in database environments on the Unix platform.

  • Previous DBA experience required in Oracle 11g database.

  • Proficient in database externals and utilities and strong in backup and recovery strategies.

  • Experience with replication using GoldenGate.

  • Working experience in creating database tables, setting up indexes, data constraints, database views, and referential integrity.
