Summary: Responsible for planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Updates project documents, reports and plans following specific instructions or documented procedures.
* Serves as a communication liaison between the client and staff throughout the project.
* Provides timely project or sub-plan deliverables that align with the program plan structure, provides timely status updates to own and client management highlighting potential issues/problems.
* Tailors level and detail of communication appropriately to meet needs of audience, uses fact-finding techniques and analytic tools to identify problems and brainstorms with others to develop solutions.

Epic Optime & Anasthesia Analyst

Epic Anesthesia & Optime Analyst-United States

We are currently hiring experienced OpTime and Anesthesia implementation consultants. Qualified applicants may live anywhere in the contiguous US but will be required to travel 80% based on project and client needs. Also, applicants may be required to work weekends to prepare and support go-lives as needed.

Job Description:
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing and recommending changes in support of Optesia including ongoing production maintenance and troubleshooting. Supports the development, build and/or configuration of Optesia. Leads and/or coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures. Provides go-live support and serves as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and troubleshooting.

Role Responsibilities:
-Anesthesia and/or OpTime experience required
-Experience working with end-users to determine needs, specifications and requirements
-Demonstrated technical and/or business experience.
-Strong problem and issue resolution experience.
-Implements, upgrades and supports application systems.

Publicly Traded Senior Accountant (CPA)

  • Seeking a strong Senior Accountant for a publicly traded company here locally. It would be necessary to have a mix of public and private experience. At minimum 3+ years of public accounting experience.

  • Main responsibilities will include driving the month end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting both internal management reports but also assist with the external SEC reporting.

  • Assist with footnotes, audit schedules, and reports.

The Senior MySQL DBA will implement and manage an enterprise level MySQL installation and administer a variety of production, development and QA databases. This role will develop and implement MySQL database standards and will perform installations and schema alterations, contribute to disaster recovery design, warehousing initiatives and tool selection. This individual must have been through successful data warehouse projects and successfully utilized an ETL tool.
