Senior Web Analyst

The Senior Web Analyst will provide outstanding service to our customers in an effort to meet their needs and exceed their expectations as part of the 24 x 7 Services and Support organization. This position is assigned to the Advanced Services team, which troubleshoots and responds to issues escalated by the Services Desk when no standard solution exists.


Specific Duties/Assignments



  • Provide support for a group of websites and their associated back ends.

  • Senior Web Analysts have the responsibilities of Support Analysts plus the following:

  • Investigate and diagnose problems that require expert knowledge and skills at the browser, application, database, and network layers.

  • Manage problems and events introduced by vendor releases, defects, performance bottlenecks, and other production barriers.

Infrastructure Architect

Position summary:
My client has an immediate need for Senior Technical Architect with a strong Infrastructure background. The selected individual will be a champion in Infrastructure Strategy and designer and implementer for IT Infrastructure (Datacenter, Compute, Storage, Middleware, Network, Security, and Client.) The goal of this position is to promote realignment, optimization and reuse of existing IT assets to design a path for IT infrastructure. This position will focus on delivering a high performing, reliable recovery, high availability that aligns IT solutions to business requirements.


Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Build environments coordinating hardware, software, interfaces and databases
- Focus on Websphere Commerce Infrastructure Architecture supporting installation, upgrades, maintenance, administration and security of Websphere, Websphere Commerce, Linux, and i/p Series hardware.
- Provide overall direction, guidance and definition of the enterprise's technical architecture to effectively support the Corporate and Divisional Business Units Strategies.
- Responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, proposing and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
- Provide key technical consulting and advisory services to IT project teams, operations and development teams to ensure that systems solutions are in line with the architecture direction and business strategies

Business Analyst (Level 1)

- The Financial Intelligence Department is seeking a talented and skilled telecom professional to perform exception management within the Margin Operations team.

- The overall job responsibility is to research exceptions generated via the margin operations process. The goal of the project is to resolve exceptions to one of several pre-defined statuses and therefore, a critical component of the project is quality and accuracy. Opportunities will be routed to various fix agents so positive interpersonal skills required.

- As part of routine operations, analyst will track and report progress weekly and monthly for assigned opportunities.
