Job Responsibilities:

• Business to business collections


• Minimization of bad debt write offs


• Manage, train, and develop team of collectors


• Implement policies and procedures


• Evaluation of D&B reports and performance of credit review


• Preparation of management reports to analyze aging and bad debt reserve

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 in a supervisory capacity


• Prefer candidates with a minimum of an Associates degree


• Strong system skills


• Proficiency in excel
