Bio

 Brady E. Diggs currently serves as Partner with the Vaco Tampa office, where he is responsible for the development and management of the Vaco Technology division.  He has over 10 years of experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry, and has previously held roles as Technical Recruiter, Business Development Manager, and Branch Manager.

 Brady joined Vaco in 2011 to launch Vaco Technology in the Tampa office.  He is responsible for the leadership of Vaco Tampa's sales, delivery, and operations for the Technology business line.  Brady has organized a solid team of strong and networked professional technical recruiters.  He and his recruiters have successfully supported several local mid-sized organization and Fortune 500 clients.  Brady and his team work closely with Vaco's clients to identify local technical talent in the areas of: Business Intelligence, Application Development, Web Development, Database Programmers and Administrators, Project Management, Infrastructure Professionals, IT Support Professionals, and Senior Level Management.

 Brady Diggs currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.  He is originally from Poquoson, Virginia, and is a class of 2000 graduate from Hampden-Sydney College where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History.  He is a former Board Member of The Giving Heart and a Big Brother mentor in Richmond, VA.
