Bio

Nick Scarsella is a proud Mountaineer having graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in accounting. Following graduation, he started his career in the Audit and Assurance practice with Deloitte and Touche in Pittsburgh PA, focusing on large, public manufacturing companies and Healthcare.  After a few years and spending some time in Tampa FL, he decided this was where he wanted to be, given the promising business opportunities, family, culture, and overall lifestyle.  With the move he joined the Global/Xerox Mergers and Acquisitions unit here in Tampa. After spending a few years with Xerox Team and a period of time as a Sr. Financial Analyst, he decided to get back into client financial service.  Through various connections he was referred to Vaco as a candidate and over time decided to join the VACO Tampa family in October 2010. Nick uses his previous experiences as both a candidate and hiring manager to provide the same level of service he appreciated while in their shoes. Having worked in this capacity, he can really understand the needs and goals of most of his clients and candidates. He always spends the time upfront to get to know his clients and candidates to ensure he is finding the right fit for both sides. Nick is excited to extend his involvement in the Tampa community and marketplace and to continue partnering with individuals to meet their company and career goals.
