Women’s History Month: Spotlight on Lauren Lanier

Lauren Lanier, Managing Director of Sales, Vaco in Nashville

In celebration of Women’s History Month, Vaco Nashville wanted to shine a light on some of the phenomenal women in our Vaco family. We hope that by learning more about them, you’ll be as inspired as we are by their empowering spirits.

Q: How have your unique experiences and qualities enabled you to thrive in your role at Vaco?

A: I’ve never been the type of person to follow the crowd. Vaco has allowed me to “run my desk” on my terms, but with the guidance, love, and support of something much bigger than me.

Q: Which core tenet exemplifies your history at Vaco, and why?

A: “Work Hard, Stay Free.” I’m probably best known as the “heads-down” person in the office. I like to stay focused and power through the day so that I can enjoy more quality time outside the office. Regardless of how hard I work, I truly feel free.

Q: How has Vaco empowered you to have the freedom to be successful both professionally and personally?

A: Vaco has given me the confidence to be my best self. I’m surrounded by others who push me to grow and think outside the box.

Q: There are so many powerful women who influence those around them for years to come. Who is that person for you and why?

A: It’s honestly all the other ladies of Vaco. I’m honored to work with a group of women who are the epitome of class, confidence, and success (in and out of the office). They work hard, but make it look so easy.
