Desseyn, a ten-year veteran of the Nashville tech recruiting space, was named “Tech Influencer of the Year” at the recent annual awards ceremony hosted by the Greater Nashville Tech Council.
The 13th annual NTC Awards, presented by the Greater Nashville Technology Council, brought over 550 people to the Wildhorse Saloon in downtown Nashville on February 17. During the festivities, fifteen honorees from notable tech companies and organizations around Middle Tennessee were presented with awards for their contributions to the region’s growing tech scene.
Taylor Desseyn, Managing Director of Technology at Vaco, was named “Tech Influencer of the Year” for his prowess in the digital content and social media space, where he is a well-known evangelist and educator for the Nashville tech scene.
Each NTC award nominee was submitted via an open nomination process, and each winner was vetted by a panel of more than 70 judges from across Middle Tennessee.
The Greater Nashville Technology Council was founded in 1999 and is the region’s largest organization of technology industry professionals.
