The Binary Semantics’ team needed to facilitate flawless integration of the front end user interface, the back end reporting engine, the central database server, web services, and information exchange to support seamless operation of an e-commerce Business Process. The team had to also ensure modern technological e-commerce features like voice search, chat-bot, and automation, using machine intelligence for online customer service. The team had to take caution of the fact that the website and mobile app are light weighted and quick to open which could succumb to traffic pressures during heavy visitor flow.
Created Three Mobile App Platforms in a Timely Manner
The Binary Semantics’ team delivered a blueprint to the client in the initial stage and subsequently followed with the final state to complete the implementation process. The team built in capacities including the incorporation of A.I. technology like voice search option, use of machine intelligence in showcasing products, offers, trending searches to buyers, automated chat-bot, and data to help automate warehouse operations.
