Lack of Policy, Procedure, and Process Documentation
Our client, a real estate investment fund, had no policies, procedures, or processes documented within the firm, causing operational inconsistencies and inefficiencies through the organization. The government requires deal-flow processes to be documented within one year, and several other areas require documented policies and procedures as well. The client needs current state, deal-flow procedures, and processes documented. Additional documentation is required for Investor Relations, Accounting, and Distribution areas.
